What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-backed approach that helps individuals learn essential life skills, improve social and communication abilities, and reduce challenging behaviors.  ABA is tailored to each child’s unique needs—empowering them to thrive at home, in school, and within their community. With a focus on meaningful progress, ABA lays the foundation for greater independence and a more fulfilling life.

How Does ABA Work?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) uses a variety of proven techniques, 27 in total, to help children learn and grow in meaningful ways. One of the most effective and widely used strategies is positive reinforcement, which encourages helpful behaviors by celebrating progress and success. These tools are designed to support your child’s development, boost confidence, and improve their overall quality of life one small victory at a time.
